As the private sector is now crucial in creating green growth outcomes and sustainable development worldwide, it is time that innovative programs will be developed in Africa to act as a powerful agent for change in Sudan and the region.
AWG program has been developed to be very alert to the importance of the Social Corporate Responsibility initiatives at their business. As a new program, AWG is integrating CSR initiatives into their strategies, and long-term targets.
The aim is to create value for the business while adding value to the land, people and living styles.
AWG is planning to position itself as an active program on social responsibility activities. It has in its strategy the ambition to contribute to, and influence society and the environment on the following themes:
- Good Health and Well Being.
- Youth Training & Development.
- Clean Water & Sanitation.
- Affordable & Clean Energy.
- Affordable Internet.
With its up to date CSR strategy, and related action plan covering all objectives above, AWG aims to lay the groundwork for broader, transformational change to occur, resulting in a more stable and prosperous community.
